Mr. Leahey co-founded The Renatus Group in 2008. Prior to founding Renatus, Mr. Leahey was Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management for a New York-based joint venture partner of Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE:KIM), a multi-billion dollar REIT.

 

From 2002-2008 Mr. Leahey participated in the acquisition, management, and redevelopment of over a dozen properties comprising approximately $200 million in assets.

 

Mr. Leahey graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Binghamton and holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Law.
